Mr. Guy Wilkins is an experienced salt engineer and expert familiar to those in the salt industry around the world. Through a partnership with Mr. Wilkins, REDD Engineering has combined our traditional refining and process design-build experience with over 60 years of solar salt expertise to form the Wilkins-REDD Salt Group. This partnership has allowed the Wilkins-REDD Salt Group to provide modern solutions based on measured field performance to salt facilities all around the world.

Utilizing proprietary software and design books, Mr. Wilkins has shared his extensive knowledge and experience with REDD engineers as they have worked together on numerous projects in several countries, from feasibility to optimization to wash plant design.

All on site work is performed by other members of the team as Mr. Wilkins no longer travels internationally for project work. However, he remains actively engaged in various projects whenever he isn’t working on building his salt harvesters.
